Everyone knows the recipe for arena-anime: you take one guy, he fights people, then fights stronger people then the strongest person and the end. Dragon Ball, YuYu Hakusho, Bleach they all do it, but they tend to take themselves too seriously. Ben-To adamantly refuses to do any such thing. People don't fight to be the strongest or to save the world, they beat the crap out of each other over discounted food.

Also the intro is relevant to the topic instead of being about puberty.

Forgetability 

You're not going to remember the plot, or the characters but you'll remember it was funny in one of the stupidest ways possible.

World

The world comes complete with fighter ranking, lingo, and code of honor. Everything you'd expect if they were ninjas or something. Except they're not ninjas.

TL;DR: Should I watch it?

It's funny enough, if you have some time to kill do it.
